Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a contract between you and Klapaucius Group LLC. They cover the Faith Minutes web app at https://app.faithminutes.com, any Faith Minutes mobile app, the Faith Minutes quiz and checkout pages, and the emails we send (together, the "Service").

By taking the quiz, buying a plan, creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Subscription Terms and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who we are

Faith Minutes is operated by Klapaucius Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). Principal office: 8200 NW 41st Street, 2nd Floor, Doral, FL 33166, USA. Who can use Faith Minutes

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. The Service is not for children or teens, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use it.

You agree to give us accurate information, including a real email address you can access, and to keep one account for yourself only.

What the Service is

Faith Minutes is a Christian prayer practice: a 12-week program of short guided prayers for the end of the day (about 3 minutes a night), Scripture, a private journal, reminders and an AI companion for reflection.

Faith Minutes is a spiritual practice tool. We do not promise money, financial results, physical or emotional healing, answered prayers, or any other specific outcome. Stories and examples in our ads and pages describe individual experiences and are not a promise of what will happen to you.

Not professional advice

Nothing in the Service is pastoral, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Faith Minutes and its AI companion are not a pastor, priest, counselor, therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial advisor, and they do not replace your church, your community or professional care.

If you are thinking about hurting yourself or are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US) or call 911 or your local emergency number right away.

The AI companion and reflections

Some features (the companion chat, reflections on your journal, rewritten prayers and recaps) are written by artificial intelligence, provided by Anthropic. AI text can be wrong, incomplete or out of step with your church's teaching. Read it with discernment and do not rely on it for decisions about your health, money, safety or legal matters.

We may set fair-use limits on AI features (for example, a number of messages per day) to keep the Service working for everyone.

Your account

Keep your password private and tell us right away at support@faithminutes.com if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Subscriptions, payments and refunds

Full access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Prices, renewal periods, how to cancel, reminder emails and failed payments are explained in our Subscription Terms, which are part of these Terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is explained in our Refund Policy, which is also part of these Terms.

Your content

What you write in Faith Minutes (prayer requests, journal entries, messages to the companion) stays yours. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display it only to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish it and we do not sell it.

Please do not write other people's private information (for example, someone else's health details) unless you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, hateful or harassing;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or our systems, without permission;
• copy, resell, scrape or redistribute the program content, or use it to build a competing product;
• try to break, overload or reverse engineer the Service, or get around its limits or security;
• use the AI companion to produce content that is illegal or meant to harm others;
• share your account or sell access to it.

Our content

The program, prayers, audio, design, logos and software of Faith Minutes belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them for your own private prayer while your subscription or access is active.

Changes to the Service

We keep improving Faith Minutes, so features and content may change. If we remove something central to what you paid for, we will tell you, and you can cancel or ask for a refund under our Refund Policy.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time: cancel your subscription by writing to support@faithminutes.com and, if you want, delete your account (Profile > Delete my account).

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts others at risk or is used for fraud. When possible we will tell you why first. The sections about your content, our content, disclaimers, liability, disputes and general terms continue after your account ends.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any AI answer will be accurate. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Klapaucius Group LLC and its owners, team and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US$50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

If you break these Terms or the law while using the Service, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, losses and claims that result for us, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If you have a problem, please email support@faithminutes.com first and give us 30 days to try to solve it. If we cannot, any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both of us agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court where you live, if it qualifies.

If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away rights that the law of your state or country gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account.

General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right right away, we do not give it up. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to a company that takes over the Service. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
