Automatic renewal

Faith Minutes is a subscription. Your plan renews automatically, and your payment method is charged at each renewal, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, as explained below.

These Subscription Terms are part of our Terms of Use.

Plans and prices

• 7-Day Trial: $6.51 for the first 7 days. Unless you cancel before the 7 days end, it renews automatically at $42.20 every 4 weeks until you cancel.
• 4-Week Plan: $18.99 for the first 4 weeks. Unless you cancel before those 4 weeks end, it renews automatically at $42.20 every 4 weeks until you cancel.
• 12-Week Program: $39.69 for the first 12 weeks. Unless you cancel before those 12 weeks end, it renews automatically at $88.20 every 12 weeks until you cancel.

All prices are in US dollars, plus any sales tax that applies where you live. Your bank may add its own fees for payments in US dollars. "4 weeks" means 28 days and "12 weeks" means 84 days, so renewals do not fall on the same calendar date each month. The price and renewal terms of your plan are also shown on the checkout page before you pay.

Your authorization

When you complete checkout, you authorize Klapaucius Group LLC, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method the first-period price of the plan you chose right away, and then the renewal price shown above at the start of each new period, until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time:

• By email: write to support@faithminutes.com from the address on your account, or reply to any of our emails, and ask us to cancel. We cancel within 1 business day and confirm by email.
• By deleting your account (Profile > Delete my account), which also cancels your web subscription.

Your request counts from the moment we receive it: ask before your next renewal date and you will not be charged again, and if a charge still goes through we refund it. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We email you a confirmation when you cancel.

Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund past ones. For refunds, see our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

Reminder emails

• Before your 7-Day Trial converts to the $42.20 every 4 weeks price, we email you a reminder with the date and amount of the charge and how to cancel.
• Before each renewal of the 12-Week Program, we email you a reminder with the date and amount and how to cancel.
• After every charge, you receive a receipt by email with the amount and the plan.
• If we ever change the price of your plan, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails (for example, an expired card), Stripe automatically tries the charge again several times over up to about 3 weeks, and we email you a link to update your payment method in the customer portal. We do not charge late fees.

Your access may continue for a short time while we retry. If every retry fails, your subscription ends and your access stops. You can subscribe again at any time.

Changing plans

To switch between plans, email support@faithminutes.com or use the customer portal if the option is shown there. The new price applies from the next period, and we will confirm the details by email before any new charge.

App store purchases

If you subscribed inside a Faith Minutes app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store bills you, and you cancel or ask for refunds in your App Store or Google Play account settings under that store's rules.
